To cancel of reschedule, please contact at least 24hrs in advance. If you have to cancel or reschedule WITHIN the 24hr window, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you have to cancel or reschedule PRIOR to the 24hr window, you will be eligible for a 50% refund. Deposits are non-refundable.
