"I discovered my gifts at a relatively young age and sort of just fell into the career path as a healer. Being so young when I began teaching yoga, I struggled with imposter syndrome for a really long time. I do know that I have always had this "other wordly" feeling; a spiritual curiosity I guess you could say. I struggled with my ADHD symptoms throughout my school  years and then found myself caught up in an emotionally toxic relationship in my early 20's, all leading to very poor mental health. However that is what ultimately lead me to this path. I was a dancer growing up so the physical part of yoga came natural to me, but then I discovered the other side. What happened inside of me, I could not explain. I just knew, "holy shit, this is it."  and I never looked back. I began to choose myself. I began to continue exploring all of the pain and suffering within me that I have learned (and continue to learn) to unlock and unleash through a variety of holistic approaches in order to show up as the most true, authentic and compassionate version of myself. Peace is my priority these days and self-care  is a non-negotiable. I am a believer that we must undergo the proccess of UN-learning our unproductive patterns in order to step into the world as the highest version of ourselves which isn't always pleasant, and requires a whole lot of discipline and support. However, that does not mean we can't have fun while doing it ;)"

Professional Journey:

After receiving her 200hr RYT in 2018, and teaching yoga classes for 3 years, Savanah began her journey as a Yoga Therapist in behavioral health hospitals, where she crafted tailored yoga and meditation practices for individuals navigating the complexities of mental illness and addiction. Her transformative approach sought to heal not just the body, but also the mind and spirit, fostering a holistic/alternative path to recovery.

This work sparked her interest for deeper understanding beyond the physical. Intrigued by the profound impact of sound and energy, she attained certifications in Sound Healing and Reiki Level 2, weaving these ancient modalities into her teachings.

Just after the pandemic, Savanah spent time in yoga studio management full-time while teaching on the side before she ultimately decided to step away to focus on deepening her education and private clientele. These days, Savanah continues to teach a few public yoga and pilates classes at local studios. However, most of her attention goes towards private events and 1:1 healing work.

Above all, Savanah is an advocate of a holistic approach to wellness, drawing inspiration from Eastern medicine philosophies and modern practices. She believes life is all about balance and her teachings encapsulate the essence of finding equilibrium in the chaos. In a world clouded by noise, her mission is to create a sanctuary for individuals to embrace the highest version of themselves, fostering a sense of true empowerment and connection.
